Valentime

A while back, I saw pictures of a Valentine's themed cake that I thought looked so cool and creative. And recently, the same person made this post equipped with tutorial and all. So of course, I had to give it a try.



It was kind of hard. And it was really messy. And I was too lazy to make a cake from scratch. So I used Betty Crocker. And it did not come out as I had hoped. But I have never hollowed out a cake before. And I don't really make cakes in general. But regardless of presentation, it tasted good. And I got to use my cake leveler. Four times.

I love leveling cakes.
